Cancellation and transfer terms

Changing your personal info, name etc. (via the registration system)

You can make changes to your personal data (e.g. change of address, change of email or change of phone number) in the registration system until Friday 23 February 2024. It is no longer possible to make changes on race day.

Log in to your participation profile (either via the email link sent to you after registration or here)

Transfer registration for the next year

Transfer insurance fee: 5€ 

Please note that you can only make the transfer once!

When you register, you can buy transfer insurance fee, with which you can transfer your participation to the next year event. The price of transfer fee is 5€. 

Transfer insurance fee cannot be purchased afterwards. Unused transfer security is not returned. Please note that you can only make the transfer once. Transfer insurance is personal and cannot be transferred to another participant. We don't accept any medical reports.

Transferring the right of participate to another person 

You can transfer the right to participate in the same series and event to another participant until Friday 23rd of February 2024.

Race or bib number is personal and should not to be given to another person.

How to change distance or series

Please notice, it's not possible to change or transfer the series after Friday 23 February 2024!

Change fee: 5€ (+ price difference)

For transfers from a cheaper series to a more expensive one, in addition to the change fee of €5, an amount corresponding to the difference in participation fees and a possible change in the price step will be charged. We do not refund the price difference when transferring from a more expensive series to a cheaper one.

Cancellation of participation

You do not need to notify the contest organizer if you do not participate in the contest

The participation fee is not refundable, not even with a medical certificate

When registering, you can buy transfer insurance (+€5), which allows you to transfer your participation to the following year's event
