Photo and video rights

The Finland Ice Marathon event will be photographed and filmed by the organiser, Pohjois-Savon Liikunta ry. The purpose of the photography and filming is to document the event and to produce material for the event's communications, marketing and promotion.

Photographs and video footage taken in connection with the event may be published, for example, on the Finland Ice Marathon website, social media channels and in other communication and marketing materials related to the event. The material may also be used in communications and marketing for future editions of the event.

There may be several photographers and videographers at the event venue, and participants may appear in photographs or video footage as part of general event coverage.

If you wish to request the removal of a photograph of yourself from publicly available material, or if you have any questions regarding photography, filming or the use of photo and video material, you can contact the event organiser.

By participating in the event, you acknowledge and accept that you may be photographed or filmed and that the photo and video material may be used for the purposes described above without separate compensation.
